GRADUATE STUDENTS

Picture
Wei Siong Neo is an international student from Singapore and joined the lab in 2017 as a doctoral student in clinical psychological sciences under Dr. Kelleher’s mentorship. His research and clinical interests center on enhancing understanding and early detection of autism and associated neurodevelopmental and neurogenetic disorders. By integrating multimodal psychophysiological methodologies and detailed behavioral observations, he adopts biobehavioral approaches to examine and characterize core phenotypic features of autism and developmental disabilities. Wei Siong aspires toward conducting meaningful research that informs clinical interventions and promotes optimal outcomes for children with neurodevelopmental conditions and their families.

Eilis McLaughlin is a clinical psychology doctoral student under Dr. Kelleher's mentorship. She joined the lab in 2024 and is interested in researching the relationship and interaction between an infant and their caregivers. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2022 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences, and after graduation worked as a research coordinator at USC conducting research on the early detection of autism spectrum disorder. She plans to continue utilizing biobehavioral markers to better understand development in children with neurodevelopmental and neurogenetic disorders.
